Chinese Auto Company Designs Clone of Ford F-150 American truck manufacturing major Ford Motors doesn’t sell their prominent Ford F-150 pickup truck in Chinese market, but very soon you might see one there. JAC Motors, a major Chinese automaker are planning to launch a new truck which looks pretty much like the American pet, as per The Detroit News. Although the impending JAC 4R3 will be a smaller vehicle, but it will be having the big chrome side view reflector housings, stacked headlights and a 4-sided grille, which provides it a firm similarity the popular Ford F-150. The JAC 4R3 even makes use of a blue oval emblem having JAC in the center of it for this vehicle, whereas all the other models of the company has a badge having a 5-pointed star. The JAC 4R3 will be making its official unveiling at the Beijing Motor Show to be held in April.

Ford Recalls 2011-’12 Ford Trucks, Order For Stop-Sale Issued Ford will be recalling a lot of their trucks including the newly fangled 2011 Ford F-150. According to the reports around 16,091 models of 2011-’12 Ford trucks will be recalled because of brake shift interlock button problem. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) described the same reason in their recall summary. Ford issued the stop-sale order for the faulty trucks on December 6. The Ford trucks that will be recalled includes the 2012 Ford F-350, 2012 Ford F-250, 2012 Ford F-550 and 2012 Ford F-450. Elaborating the reason of recall in their recall summary National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said, “Because of the brake shift interlock button problem, the transmission in these trucks could be shifted beyond the park position with no pressing the brake

Ford F-150 Crowned 2012 Truck of the Year By Motor Trend While making an announcement at the world headquarters of Ford Motor Co., the Editor-in-Chief of Motor Trend, Ed Loh announced, “The final verdict is that the Ford F-150 is just awesome at being a truck. It has overcome every assignment that we assigned it to, acing our instrumentate tests on the workplace and persuade feelings throughout our real-world road valuations. Loh further added, “In actual fact our adjudicators truly favored the performance and ride of the Ford F-150 when the truck was loaded with tons of pounds of load or burdened with a weighty trailer.
